Samsung is leaving no stone unturned in marketing its latest flagship smartphones. The company has released three new commercials for the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 edge featuring Lil Wayne. These ads showcase the Gear VR and the Gear S2.
The first video shows Lil Wayne enjoying virtual reality videos using the Gear VR and the Galaxy S7, and he’s heard saying that he’s “delivering a baby elephant“. In the second video, the artist says that he’s in a virtual canoe with a virtual Wesley Snipes when the real life actor enters the room.
The third video is the most exciting one. Lil Wayne pours champagne on his brand new Galaxy S7 and then dunks it in a fish tank to test its water-resistance. Meanwhile, his friend pours champagne on his smartphone (which looks like it’s an iPhone 6S) and ends up ruining it.
Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 today, and there’s a high probability that you’re going to see these commercials all over the TV as well as all the Internet. Are you considering buying one of these smartphones?
