AT&T Galaxy Tab S2 Nougat update released

T-Mobile was the first to release the Android 7.0 Nougat update for the Galaxy Tab S2 in the United States. The country’s largest mobile network, Verizon, followed suit just a few days later. Samsung also rolled out said update for the Wi-Fi only variant of the tablet just last week. AT&T has thrown its hat in the ring now as well.

AT&T has started rolling out the much-awaited Android 7.0 Nougat update for the Galaxy Tab S2. Firmware version T817AUCU2CQE3 is now being rolled out over-the-air for this tablet on the second largest mobile carrier in the United States.

The update brings all of the features that make Nougat the latest and greatest Android OS release available right now. If you’re curious about the features included in this update, don’t forget to check out our What’s New with Nougat series.

AT&T has rolled out this firmware update over-the-air and it should have gone live for users across the country by now. The firmware weighs in at 1.1GB and also features the May security patch for the Galaxy Tab S2.
