T-Mobile could follow AT&T and Sprint and launch the Galaxy A6 in the US

Samsung is, in a surprising move, gearing up to launch an A series phone in the US. We exclusively reported that the carrier Sprint would be bringing the Galaxy A6 to North America, and it was later rumored that AT&T would do so as well. It seems T-Mobile will also be joining the party, as what is likely a T-Mobile Galaxy A6 variant has been certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance.

Galaxy A6 possibly coming to T-Mobile as well

The certified device has the model number SM-A600T, which is a good sign that T-Mobile will be launching the phone alongside Sprint and AT&T. None of these carriers have confirmed they will be carrying Samsung’s new mid-range phone, so there’s no telling when a launch will take place. It also remains to be seen if Verizon will offer the A6 to its subscribers. The Galaxy A6 is far from the nicest Galaxy A series phone, though, so folks in the US won’t be losing out on much if it doesn’t arrive on all carriers stateside. The Galaxy A6+ would be the better option even with its higher price tag, thanks to features like an impressive 24-megapixel front camera and long-lasting battery life.
