First Galaxy S10 5G firmware download available now

The Galaxy S10 5G has gone on sale in South Korea. Samsung’s home country is understandably the first market to get its 5G device. Now, the first Galaxy S10 5G firmware download is available from our database.

Samsung will eventually bring the Galaxy S10 5G to more markets across the globe. Availability depends on carrier support as well since mobile 5G networks need to be live before the device can be released in a country.

South Korea has become the first country in the world to flip the switch on its mobile 5G networks. The United States will be next when Verizon launches its 5G network on April 11. The Galaxy S10 5G will be exclusive to the country’s largest carrier initially. Recent reports suggest that it may be launched on Verizon next month.

Samsung recently confirmed the pricing for the Galaxy S10 5G in South Korea. The 256GB model costs 1.39 million won ($1,231) and the 512GB model is priced at 1.55 million won ($1,366). It has also confirmed that the device will arrive in European markets over the summer as and when 5G networks go live in countries where it’s working with local carriers for support.
