The Galaxy Tab S5e was launched in the US last year with a price of $399.99 for the 64GB variant and $479.99 for the 128GB variant. Samsung had dropped the price of the 64GB variant of the mid-range tablet a few weeks ago. Now, the company is offering a discount on the 128GB variant of the Galaxy Tab S5e as well.
You can now purchase the 128GB storage variant of the Galaxy Tab S5e (Wi-Fi only) for just $399.99, which is an $80 discount from the tablet’s original price of $479.99 in the US. The 64GB version of the device now costs $349.99, down $50 from the original price of $399.99. You can purchase both the variants of the Galaxy Tab S5e at reduced prices in the US via Amazon, Best Buy, and Samsung’s website.
The Galaxy Tab S5e is available in three colors—Black, Gold, and Silver—through all three retailers. Amazon is offering a four-month subscription to YouTube Premium with the Galaxy Tab S5e, while Samsung is offering a two-month YouTube Premium subscription. However, Samsung has a $300 trade-in offer and 24-month as well as 36-month financing schemes without any interest. Best Buy has a 12-month, interest-free EMI scheme for $33.34 per month.
Galaxy Tab S5e specifications
The tablet features a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with QHD+ resolution and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. It runs Android 9 with One UI, but it is bound to receive the Android 10 update with One UI 2.0 in the future. The Galaxy Tab S5e is equipped with the Snapdragon 670 SoC, 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB storage, and a microSD card slot.
The Galaxy Tab S5e has a 13MP AF rear-facing camera with 4K video recording and an 8MP front-facing camera. Other features of the mid-range tablet from Samsung include AKG-tuned quad-speaker setup, GPS, Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, USB 3.0 Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It is powered by a 7,040mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging.
