Samsung will launch Galaxy Note 20 in Mystic Green in Korea this week

Samsung has announced that it will launch the Mystic Green color variant of the Galaxy Note 20 in South Korea on September 25. The smartphone will be priced at KRW 1,199,000 (around $1,035), similar to other color variants of the device that are already available in the country.

Apart from Samsung Digital Plaza, Samsung’s website, and other online and offline sellers, the Galaxy Note 20’s Mystic Green color variant will also be available through LG Uplus, KT, and SKT in South Korea. With the launch of the new color variant, the Galaxy Note 20 will be available in these six colors: Mystic Bronze, Mystic Grey, Mystic Blue, Mystic Red, Mystic Pink, and Mystic Green.

The South Korean firm is also offering various benefits to customers who buy the Galaxy Note 20 or the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra until October 31. Buyers will get a KRW 100,000 (around $86) discount coupon for purchasing genuine cases and accessories or a 1-year Samsung Care+ plan. The company is also offering a 4-month subscription to YouTube Premium, a 3-month subscription to Millie’s e-book library, and a Galaxy Store Welcome package.

Samsung is also offering a Rewards Program for customers who return their existing phone while purchasing a Galaxy Note 20 series device. The company is offering up to twice the price of the used smartphone under this program, which runs until October 31.

Samsung starts teasing Galaxy F smartphone series in India

A new Samsung smartphone with model number SM-F415 was first expected to be an affordable foldable smartphone due to the inclusion of the alphabet F. However, two weeks ago, we exclusively reported that it is not a foldable phone at all, but a device similar to the Galaxy M31. Now, Samsung has started teasing the upcoming smartphone series in India.

The South Korean tech giant has sent special T-shirts and boxes to tech publications and YouTube creators as teasers for the SM-F415. The T-shirt has the slogan ‘Full On’ printed on it, and the same slogan was posted by Samsung via its Twitter account. The Galaxy F smartphone series could be the replacement for the Galaxy On series. Devices in the new series could be similar to the ones in the Galaxy M series but with more affordable price tags, new colours, and storage variants.

The SM-F415, which is expected to be extremely similar to the Galaxy M31, seems to have only three rear cameras instead of four, and that’s the only difference we can see between the two phones. Going by the Google Play Console listing, the phone features a Full HD+ Infinity-U display, Exynos 9611 processor, 6GB RAM, and Android 10 with One UI. It also appears to feature a rear-mounted fingerprint reader, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Some reports claim that the Galaxy F series will be sold exclusively via Flipkart in the Indian market, differentiating it from the Galaxy M series, which is currently exclusive to Amazon.in in the country. There’s no information about the possibility of Samsung launching the new series in markets outside of India.
