Samsung is on track to launch two new foldable smartphones this year. A recent major leak has already revealed some details about the Galaxy Z Flip 3. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 has also received similar treatment.

Newly leaked Galaxy Z Fold 3 pictures have confirmed features that have been rumored about for months. They pull back the curtain on one of Samsung’s most elusive devices of the year.

Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be the first foldable with an Under Display camera

We can see that Samsung has opted for a different design for the Galaxy Z Fold 3. It doesn’t seem to borrow any design cues from the Galaxy S21 series. The Contour Cut camera housing, one of the Galaxy S21’s signature design elements, hasn’t made its way to the foldable.

These images appear to be screengrabs taken from the marketing materials that Samsung prepares for its devices. They reveal that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be the world’s first foldable smartphone with an Under Display camera. Samsung has been testing this technology for a while now. It seems the company will introduce it with the new foldable.

The much-hyped S Pen support has also been confirmed by these images. We can see how easily the stylus can be used to take notes simultaneously with a video call. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 will reportedly get a new Hybrid S Pen.

It won’t have a fine tip so that the foldable display doesn’t get damaged. The internal display won’t scratch as easily thanks to a new “Armor” that Samsung has added to the display, hinge and bezel. The outside will be wrapped in Gorilla Glass Victus for improved durability.

Samsung hasn’t confirmed as yet when it intends to unveil the new foldable smartphones. Reports suggest that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 may be unveiled in July. If this leak is any indication, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be a firm contender to become one of the best Samsung phones of the year.

Massive leak confirms new details about the Galaxy Z Flip 3

There haven’t been a lot of leaks concerning the Galaxy Z Flip 3 so far but it seems that’s about to change. Samsung is expected to unveil its new clamshell foldable smartphone in a couple of months.

This means that we can expect the leaks to start trickling in. The latest leak is quite a big one. It confirms some new details about the Galaxy Z Flip 3, particularly about its design and display.

Galaxy Z Flip 3 seems to bring major improvements

A few images have leaked online that confirm details about the Galaxy Z Flip 3. These images appear to be from the promotional videos that Samsung creates for its products.

We can see that the new foldable will be offered in a wide range of colors as previously reported. Samsung has also opted for the two-tone approach that blends in the cover display nicely.

Speaking of the cover display, an image shows that it’s actually going to be much more useable than that of the Galaxy Z Flip. It will be possible to view at least one full text message. Notifications would thus be more useable on the cover display as well. A dual camera setup can also be seen alongside the display.

The device is apparently wrapped in Gorilla Glass Victus which would significantly improve external durability. A new “Armor” has also been applied to the hinge and foldable display to further improve the durability.

If what we see here is accurate, it appears that Samsung has made some major improvements to the Galaxy Z Flip’s successor. This presents it with a great opportunity to become one of Samsung’s most sought after phones of 2021.
