The Galaxy S21 Ultra is capable of hitting the 120Hz refresh rate at the highest WQHD+ resolution. Depending on the market, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will be available with an Exynos 2100 or Snapdragon 888 chipset. It’s paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage. No external expansion is possible as the device doesn’t have a microSD card slot.
