Samsung America officially confirmed the release date for the Gear S3 two weeks ago. The smartwatch is going to be released in the United States on November 18. Carrier partners will also sell the Gear S3 frontier which has LTE compatibility. T-Mobile today confirmed its pricing and availability information for the Gear S3 frontier.
The Gear S3 classic and the Gear S3 frontier are essentially the same save for the fact that the latter has LTE compatibility. T-Mobile is going to start selling the Gear S3 frontier this Friday, November 18 for $399. Magenta customers will be able to add it to their existing smartphone plan for an additional $5 per month. Verizon and AT&T will also be selling the Gear S3 frontier, they will confirm pricing and availability information themselves.
