Samsung has emerged as the most trusted brand in India among consumers in the Brand Trust 2017 report. Samsung moved up 17 positions to grab the first spot. Sony and LG bagged second and third positions, respectively, retaining last year’s positions.
Apple grabbed the fourth position, up 12 places from last year’s results. Dell is positioned at the eighth spot, while Lenovo is placed at the ninth spot. Samsung’s mobile division, which grabbed the first position last year, fell 154 places, mostly due to the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco.
