The company put Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge owners through a rather excruciating wait for what is supposed to be its last major upgrade. Perhaps that’s the reason Samsung took its time, wanting to make sure it doesn’t leave S7 and S7 edge users with a sour taste by letting problems slip through on the newer software. In any case, the delay has disappointed many, especially since Samsung didn’t take so long to release the last major update for the Galaxy S6.
