If you’re interested in purchasing a new Samsung smartphone, there’s a chance for you to score a pair of free Galaxy Buds as well. Samsung UK has kicked off a new promotion whereby it’s offering a free pair of the Galaxy Buds with select smartphones.
As you would have probably guessed by now, this promotion is limited to customers in the United Kingdom. It runs from October 10, 2019, through October 23. Purchases have to be made within this period from a participating retailer.
The free Galaxy Buds promotion is available for a limited time
In order to claim a pair of free Galaxy Buds, customers in the UK have to purchase a Galaxy S10, Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy A90 5G. The promotion covers all variants of the Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy Note 10.
Once the purchase has been made, customers must claim their free pair from the Samsung Members app. They will find the “Your Galaxy Buds are calling” tab in the Benefits section of the app. They have to upload their proof of purchase here within 30 days of buying the smartphone.
Customers will get an email from Samsung once the company has received their claim and another email when their claim has been validated by the team. It’s only a matter of waiting a few weeks after that. Samsung says that customers will receive their free Galaxy Buds within 45 days of their claim being validated.
As we mentioned in our Galaxy Buds review, they’re solid truly wireless earbuds. This promotion gives prospective Galaxy Note 10 customers an incentive to buy the flagship. Yes, it doesn’t have a headphone jack, so they can get some good use out of the Galaxy Buds on this device.
