Samsung’s Game Live app was leaked last month. It allows users to livestream gameplays from their Galaxy smartphones to Facebook, Twitch, and YouTube. Users can also save the gameplay video on their phones so that it can be viewed and shared later with people or on social media websites. The app was earlier available for download through our APK section, but Samsung has now released it on the Play Store.
The Game Live app also allows recording audio through the microphone, so that users can comment while playing a game. The South Korean smartphone giant started focusing on avid mobile gamers a couple of years ago. It was the first smartphone brand to officially support Vulkan APIs. Samsung also unveiled the Game Launcher app with the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 edge. The company had also released the Game Tuner app in the past, which allows users to scale a game’s resolution to improve frame rates.
You can download the new Game Live app through the Play Store. It works with the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8+, but we’re not sure about its compatibility with other smartphones. Let us know if it works on your Galaxy device.
