Galaxy J3 (2017) October Security Patch

The Galaxy J3 (2017) is a budget smartphone with modest specifications. It features a 5-inch Super AMOLED 1280×720 pixel resolution display, an Exynos 7570 processor and 1.5GB of RAM. The handset also features 16GB of storage, a microSD card slot and is powered by Android 7.0 Nougat.

Firmware version J327UUEU1AQJ1 is now being rolled out for the Galaxy J3 (2017) in the United States. It’s a minor update so there are no new features to look forward to. What it does bring is the October security patch.

This firmware update is now being rolled out over-the-air in the United States. It’s also available for download from our firmware section.
