Samsung has aired a new commercial for the Galaxy Tab S5e, showcasing how its latest tablet can be the centrepiece an IoT-connected household — and if it doesn’t make you want one, we don’t know what will.
As visualized in the minute-long advert, the Galaxy Tab S5e has all the software needed to control the core amenities in your house; but they’ll need to be connected to the Internet in order to do so.
If you haven’t kitted out your home with all the latest and greatest smart tech, the Galaxy Tab S5e is still a worthwhile investment, with its stunning 10.6-inch AMOLED screen and mammoth 7040mAh battery.

Samsung opened up pre-orders for the Galaxy Tab S5e in a number of countries, including the United States, on April 13. Pricing for the base 4/64GB configuration starts at a modest $400 (€420).
Orders will start shipping in most regions on April 26, the same date the slate will hit the shelves in select brick-and-mortar stores — so if you aren’t sold, we’d recommend heading over to a retailer to try it out on release day.
