Galaxy Note 9 codename (possibly) revealed

Samsung will soon start developing the Galaxy Note 9, the successor to the popular Galaxy Note 8, under the codename “Crown,” according to a report originating from South Korea. The handset is expected to go on sale towards the latter part of 2018.

A local smartphone component supplier, which wanted to remain anonymous, was quoted by news outlet The Bell as saying that it will “start providing components for a pilot production of the Galaxy Note 9 in the first quarter next year.”
